A Public Hearing to Consider Resolutions Approving the Engineer’s Report and Confirming a\nDiagram and Assessment for the City of Glendora Streetlight Maintenance District No. 1 for\nFiscal Year 2024-25\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: Open and conduct a Public Hearing, accept evidence and\ntestimony presented, and in the absence of testimony to the contrary, consider the following: 1.\nAdopt a City Council Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL\nAPPROVING THE ENGINEER’S REPORT FILED WITH RESPECT TO THE FISCAL YEAR\n2024-25 LEVY OF THE ASSESSMENT IN CONNECTION WITH CITY OF GLENDORA\nSTREETLIGHT MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1;” and 2. Adopt a City Council Resolution\nentitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CONFIRMING A DIAGRAM AND\nASSESSMENT FOR THE CITY OF GLENDORA STREETLIGHT MAINTENANCE\nDISTRICT NO. 1 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-25.”
