5.8 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH PV MAINTENANCE, INC., FOR CITYWIDE STREET,\nBUILDING, AND FACILITY MAINTENANCE SERVICES (Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Maintenance Services\nAgreement with PV Maintenance, Inc., to extend the term of the\nAgreement for an additional three years through July 10, 2027, and to\nincrease the maximum contract amount by $2,798,145, from\n$4,314,600 to $7,112,745, with the same terms and conditions as set\nforth in the Agreement, to provide for street, building and facility\nmaintenance; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute proposed Amendment No. 1 to the\ncurrent Maintenance Services Agreement with PV Maintenance, Inc.\nItem No. 5.8
