APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NUMBER 3 WITH THE CITY\nOF PASADENA FOR DIAL-A-RIDE SERVICES THROUGH JUNE 30, 2027\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve Amendment number 3 to\nextend the term of the agreement with the City of Pasadena for Dial-A-Ride services\nthrough June 30, 2027, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment\non behalf of the City. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an\nappropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve Amendment number 3 to extend the term of the agreement with\nthe City of Pasadena for Dial-A-Ride services through June 30, 2027, and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.”
