9.h APPROVE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH COACHELLA 221\nVALLEY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS FOR THE CV HOUSING\nFIRST PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZE PAYMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR\n2024-25\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Coachella\nValley Association of Governments (CVAG) for the CV Housing\nFirst Program not to exceed $100,000 in FY 2024-25.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make any necessary nonmonetary\nchanges to the MOU.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the MOU.
