Award a three-year contract to West Coast Arborists, Inc., of Indio,\nCA, for arboricultural services for the City of Palm Desert, Desert\nWillow Golf Resort, and the Palm Desert Housing Authority in an\nannual amount not to exceed $1,114,125.\n2. Authorize staff to assign additional services/extra work as\ndetermined to be necessary to perform emergency work, mitigate\nhazardous conditions and proactively respond to unforeseen\nissues.\n3.
