9.j AWARD CONTRACT TO THE RAMSAY GROUP TO ADMINISTER THE 257\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT(CDBG) PROGRAM.\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a contract with The Ramsay Group in an amount not to\nexceed $45,600 for Administration of the FY 2024-25 CDBG\nProgram.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make any necessary non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute agreement and contract\namendments as per Palm Desert Municipal Code Section 3.30.170.
