9.i APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO CONTRACT NO. C41660 WITH SAME 233\nDAY EXPRESS FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT’S\nPERMANENT PUBLIC ART COLLECTION AND THE EL PASEO\nSCULPTURE EXHIBITION\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 4 to Contract No. C41660 with Same Day\nExpress in the amount of $55,200 for the term of July 1, 2024,\nthrough June 30, 2025, for maintenance of the City of Palm\nDesert’s permanent public art collection and the El Paseo Sculpture\nExhibition.\n2. Approve up to $30,000 on an as needed basis for additional public\nart maintenance and repair services from Same Day Express.\n3. Approve up to $6,000 on an as needed basis for inspections of the\nCity’s permanent public art collection and data entry into the City’s\ninventory management system.\n4.
