9.g APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO HR GREEN CONTRACT C45440 IN 127\nTHE AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $134,655, FOR ENGINEERING\nSERVICES AND LAND DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT in FY 2023-24\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Contact No. C45440 with HR Green\nPacific, Inc., increasing FY 2023-24 agreement in an amount not-to-\nexceed $134,655, for unanticipated Engineering Services and Land\nDevelopment support.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendments and\ndocuments necessary to effectuate the actions taken herein.
