9.m AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO THE COACHELLA VALLEY ASSOCIATION OF 405\nGOVERNMENTS ASSEMBLY BILL 2766 MEMORANDUM OF\nUNDERSTANDING\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 6 to the Coachella Valley Association of\nGovernments (CVAG) Assembly Bill 2766 Memorandum of\nUnderstanding (MOU), extending the term through\nJune 30, 2026, and maintaining the contributions at 75% for the\nRegional PM 10 Street Sweeping Program.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to make any necessary nonmonetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n3. Authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.
