9.l APPROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT JOINT 383\nRECIPIENT COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF\nRIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEARS 2025/26 AND 2026/27\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Authorize participation in the County of Riverside’s Urban County\nProgram for Fiscal Years 2025/26 and 2026/27.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to finalize the Joint Recipient\nCooperative Agreement as a Metro City with the County of\nRiverside.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Joint Recipient\nCooperative Agreement as a Metro City with the County of\nRiverside and take any other actions necessary to effectuate the\naction taken herewith.\n5\nCity Council Meeting
