1. Approval of a Master Joint Use Agreement Addendum No. 3 between the City and\nPomona Unified School District for Common Educational and Recreational Objectives\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve the Master Joint Use Agreement Addendum No. 3 for the use of District\nproperty Mendoza Elementary; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the\nCity, subject to review and approval as to form by the City Attorney.
