18. COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF IRVINE FOR THE\nIRVINE BOULEVARD/TRABUCO ROAD TRAFFIC SIGNAL\nSYNCHRONIZATION PROJECT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the Cooperative Agreement for the\nIrvine Boulevard / Trabuco Road Traffic Signal Synchronization Project\n(“Cooperative Agreement”) between the City of Irvine and the City of Lake\nForest for implementation of signal timing improvements within the City\nunder the OC-Go Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program\n(“Project P”). 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign, and the City Clerk to\nattest, the cooperative agreement substantially in the form attached, in\naccordance with the City of Irvine's contract management system.
