12.\nAdoption of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Establishing the Terms and\nConditions of Employment for Classifications Represented by the Santa Ana\nPolice Officers Association (SAPOA) Effective January 1, 2024 through June 30,\n2027, and Adoption of a Resolution Updating the Compensation and Salary\nSchedule of Sworn Classifications of the Santa Ana Police Management\nAssociation (SAPMA)\nDepartment(s): Human Resources\nRecommended Action: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum\nof Understanding with SAPOA regarding wages, hours, and other terms and\nconditions of employment effective January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027, and\nauthorize non-substantive changes which may be necessary to implement the\nagreement (Agreement No. A-2024-XXX); and\n2.
