5. CLEAN MOBILITY OPTIONS VOUCHER PILOT PROGRAM AND 24-227\nGRANT FOR COMMUNITY BASED TRANSIT\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed contract with Circuit Transit, Inc. for the Clean Mobility\nOptions (CMO) Voucher Pilot Program in an amount not to exceed $500,000\nannually, for a term of three (3) years after commencement of on-demand\ntransit services.\n2.
