6. AGREEMENT FOR FUEL PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY 24-243\nSERVICES WITH MERRIMAC PETROLEUM, INC.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed Agreement with Merrimac Petroleum, Inc., DBA\nMerrimac Energy Group, 1240 Wardlow Road, Long Beach, CA 90807, for\nthe purchase and delivery of fuel in an annual amount not to exceed\n$250,000.\n2.
