11. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO MERCY HOUSE AGREEMENT FOR 24-268\nCITYWIDE RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 5 to the Subrecipient Agreement with Mercy\nHouse Living Centers increasing the compensation by $500,000 for a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $2,050,000 for the administration of the\nCity’s Rental Assistance Program for very low-income households.\n2. Authorize a budgetary increase of $500,000 to be funded by recently\ngranted FEMA reimbursements.\n3. Authorize the City Manager and the City Attorney to make all contract\namendments as needed, and execute the contract amendment(s).\nAT THIS TIME COUNCIL WILL ADDRESS ANY ITEMS PULLED FROM THE CONSENT\nCALENDAR
