Authorize the City Manager to sign the necessary ERF-3-L grant agreement;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement and\nnecessary documents, subject to minor modifications, review, and approval by\nthe City Attorney with City Net to provide comprehensive street outreach and\nengagement; and
