4) CONSIDERATION OF CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT FOR CITYWIDE SIDEWALK, CURB &\n GUTTER REPAIRS - PROJECTS NOS. 21014 & 21015\n It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n 1. Award the construction agreement for the Citywide Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter Repairs\n (Projects Nos. 21014 & 21015) to C J Concrete Construction, Inc. as the lowest\n responsible bidder.\n 2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with C J Concrete\n Construction, Inc. for $250,258.00, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.\n 3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute any amendments up to 15% of the\n awarded contract amount.\n 4. Find that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality\n Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15302 (Replacement or\n Reconstruction); and\n 5. Adopt the following resolution.\n RESOLUTION NO. 2024-34 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\n OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE\n FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2024 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2025 (FY 2023-24\n CITYWIDE SIDEWALK, CURB & GUTTER REPAIRS)
