AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN HERITAGE LANDSCAPE, LP FOR\nLANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE OF SPECIFIED AREAS WITHIN AND NEAR\nCITY LIMITS; AND\nAPPROVAL OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024/25 IN THE\nNOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $898,613; AND\nAUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE CHANGE PURCHASE\nORDERS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE\nAGREEMENT FOR THE FIVE-YEAR TERM.\nComment: Staff recommends that City Council (1) approve the agreement with\nAmerican Heritage Landscape, LP for landscape maintenance of specified areas\nwithin and near city limits, (2) approve a purchase order for Fiscal Year 2024/25 in\nthe not-to-exceed amount of $898,613, and (3) authorize the City Manager to\napprove change purchase orders in an amount not to exceed the total value of the\nagreement for the five-year term.
