CC 21. An Amendment to the Ground Lease between the City of Covina and the Covina\nHousing Authority for Property Owned by the City Located at the Southeast Corner of the\nCombined Parcels of 601 E. San Bernardino Road and 534 North Barranca Avenue\nStaff Recommendation:\nAuthorize the City Manager/Executive Director to execute an amendment to the Ground\nLease (“Lease”) between the City of Covina (“City”), as landlord, and the Covina Housing\nAuthority (“Authority”), as tenant, in substantially the form attached as Attachment “B” with\nsuch changes therein as the City Manager/Executive Director may approve, and all related\ndocuments, and to take such actions as they deem necessary or proper to effectuate the\npurpose of the Lease.
