Resolution CC 2024-40, Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND)\nwith Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Programs (MMRPs) as adequately\nprepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA);\n2. Waive full reading and introduce Ordinance 24-07, entitled “An Ordinance of the\nCity Council of the City of Covina, California, Adopting Planned Community\nDevelopment (PCD) 21-2, to Allow for the Development of a 0.84-Acre Site for a\nHotel Use Consisting of 68 Rooms, Surface Parking on a 36,732-Square-Foot Site,\nAlley Relocation, and Associated Site Improvements, Located at 578 N. Azusa\nAvenue (Apns 8432-006-015 And 8432-006-017)”;\n3. Resolution CC 2024-41, Tentative Parcel Map No. 84397; and\n4. Resolution CC 2024-42, Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 21-29, and Site Plan Review\n(SPR) 21-160, to allow for the development of a hotel use and alley relocation, for\nthe property located at 578 N. Azusa Avenue (APNs 8432-006-015 and 8432-006-\n017).
