18. Public Hearing and Adoption of Resolution 2024-021 of the City Council of\nthe City of Baldwin Park Confirming the Advisory Committee's Report and\nLevying the Assessment in the Baldwin Park Citywide Business\nImprovement District for Fiscal Year 2024-25\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Hold a Public Hearing and after considering testimony, adopt\nResolution No. 2024-021, entitled âA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CONFIRMING THE\nADVISORY COMMITTEEâS REPORT AND LEVYING THE\nASSESSMENT IN THE BALDWIN PARK CITYWIDE BUSINESS\nIMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025â; and\n2. Approve the FY 2024-25 BIT budget allocation.
