16.\nAmendment to the Consultant Services Agreement between the City of\nBaldwin Park, and Lorraine Mendez and Associates, Inc. For HUD\nreporting and consulting services.\nIt is recommended that the City Council authorize the Chief Executive\nOfficer to execute an amended Consultant Services Agreement with\nLorraine Mendez and Associates, Inc., subject to any non-substantive\nchanges made by the CEO and City Attorney and authorize the Director of\nFinance to appropriate the funds and budget amendments accordingly.
