10. Review of the Fiscal Year 2023 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice\nAssistance Grant (JAG) Program and Grant Award Modification (GAM)\nRequest.\nIt is recommended that the City Council\n1. Review the attached FY 2023 JAG Grant Award Letter/Agreement,\nSummary of FY 2023 JAG Grant Project (Original and Revised), and\nGrant Award Modification (GAM) Request; and\n2. Provide any comments or feedback on the proposed changes to the\ngrant manager within the 30-day review period; and\n3. Authorize the Mayor to execute the "Certifications and Assurances\nby the Chief Executive of the Applicant Government" form.
