11. Request for Authorization to Enter into a Software-as-a-Service (Saas)\nAgreement with Performa Labs, Inc. ("Performa") For Law Enforcement\nTraining.\nIt is recommended that the City Council\n1. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to enter into a SaaS\nagreement with Performa Labs, Inc. for law enforcement training\nservices; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $16,330.00 from the\nPolice Department’s training budget, account number 100-30-310-\n53200-00000, with the understanding that the City may be\nreimbursed through the FY 2023 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice\nAssistance Grant (JAG) Program; and\n3. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer or his designee to complete all\nappropriate documentation for the agreement.
