E. Homelessness Prevention Resource and Care Center 21-3068\nServices\n1. Authorize Development Services to procure the services utilizing Section\n3.1.5 Non-Competitive method of the Purchasing Policy and Procedure\nManual.\n2. Approve the proposal and authorize the City Manager to enter into an\nagreement with Pursuit 360 Strategies in the amount of $50,000 for a\nminimum of 6 (six) months with 60-day extensions thereafter if agreed\nupon by both parties for Homeless Resources Strategic Analysis &\nServices Implementation.\n3. Approve an increase in appropriations of $170,000 in the General\nFund (10130103) and authorize the carryforward of available budget to\nfiscal year 2024-25 at fiscal yearend.
