8.g ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2024-053 AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF OCEAN\nPROTECTION COUNCIL GRANT FUNDS FOR IMPERIAL BEACH COMMUNITY\nRESILIENCE PLAN PROJECT & RESOLUTION NO. 2024-054 AUTHORIZING REQUISITE\nBUDGET ADJUSTMENTS, & AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH GHD, INC.\nRecommendation:\nAdopt Resolution No. 2024 - 053 authorizing the City Manager, or designee thereof, to\nexecute all documents and take any actions necessary and appropriate to carry out the\nintent of this resolution accepting the grant funds awarded by the Ocean Protection Council\nand adopt Resolution No. 2024-054 authorizing the City Manager or designee to make\nrequired budget adjustments to accommodate the grant funds and project expenditures, and\nauthorize the City Manager, or designee to make an amendment to the contract with GHD,\nInc. for consultant support to implement the project.
