(0720-25)\nRecommendation:\nAdopt Resolution No. 2024-052 awarding the construction contract for the 9th Street\nEnhancement Project to Tri-Group Construction and Development, Inc. in the amount of\n$4,289,815, and accepting and appropriating $2,479,000 in State Active Transportation\nGrant Construction funding to the project budget and authorizing a budget transfer in the\namount of $2,031,500 to the 9th Street Enhancement Project (S22101) from available\nTransnet and SB1 funds.
