Accept the Petition of Menifee Union School District, PM 9809, located north of\nWickerd Road, east of Mira Street, and west of Briggs Road, into Community\nFacilities District (CFD) No. 2017­1 (Maintenance Services) as Annexation No.\n24; and\n2. Adopt a resolution of intention to add Annexation No. 24 into CFD No. 2017­1, to\nauthorize the levy of special tax therein to finance certain maintenance\nservices, and to set a public hearing for August 7, 2024.
