10.17 Agreement Amendments for Public Works Land Development Engineering and\nCapital Improvement Program Divisions\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 with\nCannon Design, Inc., Amendment No. 4 with Dokken Engineering, Amendment\nNo. 1 with NV5, Inc., and Amendment No. 1 with Rick Engineering Company,\nextending the terms of service only to their Professional Services Agreements\nsupporting the Public Works Land Development Engineering and Capital\nImprovement Program Divisions; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Civil Design\nServices Agreement with RTM Engineering Consultants (formerly known as\nK&A Engineering, Inc.) increasing the compensation by $22,840 for a total\nMenifee Mayor and agreement\nCity Council amount not­to­exceed $139,934 and extending the terms to June\nJune 19, 2024\n30, 2025; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Master\nAgreement for Land Surveying and Mapping Review Services with Dennis\nJanda, Inc. increasing the compensation by $140,000, for a three­year total\n1.
