10.19 Agreement Amendments for As Needed Menifee Police Department Contract\nServices\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the\nexisting Professional Services Agreement with Bio­tox Laboratories for as\nneeded forensic toxicological testing services, increasing the contract amount\nby $14,000 for a revised total contract amount not­to­exceed $38,000, and\nextending the term of the contract through June 30, 2025; and\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1, and all\nfuture annual amendments, to the existing Professional Services Agreement\nwith Trauma Intervention Programs, Inc. for as needed trauma incident support\nservices, increasing the contract amount by $13,856.04 for a revised total\ncontract amount not­to­exceed $27,421.04, and extending the term of the\ncontract through June 30, 2025; and\n3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the\nexisting Professional Services Agreement with American Forensic Nurses, Inc.\nfor as needed forensic services, increasing the contract amount by $27,000 for\na revised total contract amount not­to­exceed $51,000, and extending the term\nof the contract through June 30, 2025; and\n4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the\nexisting Professional Services Agreement with Susan Saxe­Clifford for as­\nneeded professional psychological evaluations, increasing the contract amount\nby $55,700 for a revised total contract amount not­to­exceed $71,450, and\nextending the term of the contract through June 30, 2027.
