Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the replacement\nSubdivision Improvement Agreement with Lennar Homes of California, LLC to\nMeadows, by Richland Planned Communities, Inc., located south of Garbani\nRoad, north of Wickerd Road, and east of Evans Road; and\n2. Authorize the City Engineer to release 100% of the originally posted securities\nwith BLC Fleming, LLC for the Legado Phase 1 Backbone Infrastructure\nImprovements, Tract Map No. 37391.
