Adopt Resolution No. 2024-XX - A Resolution calling an election titled: "A\nResolution of the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley, California Calling and\nGiving Notice of a General Municipal Election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, for\ncertain officers, as Required by the Provisions of the Laws of the State of California,\nRelating to General Law Cities”.\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-XX - A Resolution requesting election consolidation\ntitled: "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley, California,\nRequesting the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside to Consolidate a\n3\nGeneral Election to be Held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 with the Calling and\nGiving Notice of a General Municipal Election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 with\nthe Statewide General Election to be Held on that Date, Pursuant to Sec. 10403 of\nthe California Elections Code”.\n3. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-XX - A Resolution establishing regulations and cost for\nCandidate Statements titled: "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Moreno\nValley, California, Providing for Regulations Pertaining to Materials for Candidates\nand Costs Pertaining to Candidate Statements submitted to the Voters at the Special\nMunicipal Election and the General Municipal Election to be Held on Tuesday,\nNovember 5, 2024”.
