Accept the Local Transportation Climate Adaptation Program grant award of\n$12,500,000 and approve the City-State Program Supplement Agreement for the\nMoreno Master Drainage Plan Line K and Reche Canyon Detention-Debris Basin\nproject;\n2. Authorize a budget adjustment of $700,000 to the Capital Projects Grants (Fund\n2301) revenue and expenditure accounts as set forth in the fiscal impact section of\nthis report for implementing the Project Approval and Environmental Document phase\nof the Moreno Master Drainage Plan Line K and Reche Canyon Detention-Debris\nBasin project; and\n3.
