AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 3 FOR ON-CALL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT\nSERVICES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with The Code Group, Inc.\nthrough October 25, 2024 design services, in an amount not to exceed $170,000, in addition to the $375,000\napproved for on-call services; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment and amendments\nfor design services within the 10% contingency, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.
