E. Notice of Completion for the Pedestrian Improvement (Central Way at\n1st Street) Project, CIP O-ST-4 - That the City Council adopt Resolution\n7533: 1. Accepting the Pedestrian Improvement Project (Central Way at 1st\nStreet) by Alfaro Communications Construction, Inc. in the amount of $46,221;\nand, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a “Notice of Completion” with the\nOrange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen (15) days from the date of\nacceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35) days after recordation of\nthe Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims being filed on the Project.
