Transferring Funding for CIP O-ST-3 Arterial Street Resurfacing Program\nfrom Gas Tax (Fund 210) to SB 1 Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation\nAccount (Fund 209) - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7535: 1.\nApproving the transfer of CIP O-ST-3 Arterial Street Resurfacing Program\nfunding from Gas Tax (Fund 210) to SB 1 Road Maintenance and\nRehabilitation Account (Fund 209) in the Fiscal Year 2023-24 adopted budget;\nand, 2. Authorizing the City Manager, or their designee, to expend funds for\nCIP O-ST-3 Arterial Street Resurfacing Program funding from SB 1 RMRA\n(Fund 209).
