Adopt the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Operating and Capital Improvement\nBudget, Set the Appropriations Limit for Fiscal Year 2024-25, Authorize\nthe Use of the Cost Recovery Schedule for Use in Fiscal Year 2024-25,\nand Approve the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Statement of Investment Policy -\nThat the City Council hold a public hearing and adopt Resolution 7540: 1.\nAdopting the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Operating and Capital Improvement Budget\nand authorizing actions in furtherance thereof; and, 2. Setting the\nAppropriations Limit for Fiscal Year 2024-25; and, 3. Authorizing the use of the\nCost Recovery Schedule in Fiscal Year 2024-25; and, 4.
