Resolution Adjusting the Bidding Thresholds for Public Works Contracts\nand Adjusting the City Manager’s Contract Authority for the Acquisition\nof Goods and Services - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7538: 1.\nConfirming the adjustment of the bidding threshold for Public Works contracts\nto $40,840 pursuant to the City Charter Section 1010; and, 2. Adjusting the\nCity Manager’s threshold to bind the City, with or without a written contract, for\nthe acquisition of equipment, materials, supplies, labor, services, or other\nitems within the budget approved by City Council to $40,840 pursuant to City\nCharter 420 and Resolution 6384.
