2.J. AUTHORIZE THE USE OF COOPERATIVE PURCHASING\nAGREEMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 [L. QUIJANO, B.\nROSEN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider authorizing the use of\ncooperative purchasing agreements for the procurement of goods and\nrelated services for fiscal year 2024-2025.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Authorize the Finance & Technology Services\nDepartment to issue Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Purchase Orders for new\ncooperative purchasing agreements, subject to the review by the City\nAttorney, for contracts that are competitively bid contracts under\nPurchasing Alliances, as needed, in an amount not-to exceed $ 75,000;\nand 2) Authorize the Finance & Technology Services Department to issue\nFiscal Year 2024-2025 Purchase Orders for existing contracts in an\namount not-to-exceed the authorized amount listed in table.
