2.M. LESBIAN SPEAKERS SERIES EVENTS [C. SCHROEDER, D.\nMURRAY, D. SAUNDERS]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the Human Services\nDivision to host and create up to six Lesbian Speakers Series events\nduring fiscal year 2025.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the use of the City facilities and waive\nevent permits and associated fees; 2) Waive parking fees at City parking\ngarages for event attendees; 3) Authorize the use of the City name and\nlogo on invitations and other collateral materials for the event; and 4)\nDirect the Communications Department to utilize all appropriate\ncommunication tools to promote the event, including, but not limited to, the\nCity’s website and social media tools.
