RUIZ]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting the City of West\nHollywood Two-Year Operating Budget and Capital Work Plan for Fiscal\nYears 2024-25 & 2025-26.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 24-________: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-25”\nas specified in the Statement of Changes to Fund Balance, or as\namended by the City Council; 2) Adopt the division and capital work plans\npresented in the Two-Year Operating Budget and Capital Work Plan, as\npreviously provided to the City Council and the public on the City’s\nwebsite, www.weho.org/budget; 3) Authorize the Director of Finance &\nTechnology Services to allocate $2 million in General Fund Reserves for\npurchase of Proposition A Funds; 4) Approve the list of Pre-Approved\nOrganizations and Events for City Councilmembers to attend at the City’s\nexpense; 5) Approve the list of Budgeted Special Events; and 6) Authorize\nthe Director of Finance & Technology Services to make transfers in and\nout of Capital and General Funds, for Fiscal Years 2023-24 and 2024-25,\nbased on expended amounts drawn from Designated Reserves Assigned\nfor Capital Projects for projects previously approved.
