RIVAS]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving an Agreement for\nMarketing Support with West Hollywood Tourism Marketing Fund dba\nEmerald Village West Hollywood for cannabis marketing and education\nservices to West Hollywood cannabis businesses and consider expanding\nthe proposed Scope of Work.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the Marketing Support Agreement\nwith West Hollywood Tourism Marketing Fund dba Emerald Village West\nHollywood in a “not-to-exceed” amount of $50,000 for local cannabis\nmarketing and education services; and 2) Discuss and provide staff with\ndirection on potentially expanding the proposed Scope of Services\nincluded in the West Hollywood Tourism Marketing Fund dba Emerald\nVillage West Hollywood Agreement.
