Graffiti Removal, Steam Cleaning, Painting and Sealing Services – Bonanza Steam\nCleaning, Inc.\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve Tenth Amendment to the existing maintenance contract\nwith Bonanza Steam Cleaning, Inc for the subject services; and (2) authorize a Change Order\nto the existing Purchase Order for Bonanza Steam Cleaning, Inc. in an amount not to exceed\n$15,000.00.
