RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH ALL AMERICAN ASPHALT FOR\nTHE REGIO AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, AND ACCEPTANCE OF FUNDS FROM THE CALIFORNIA\nCORONAVIRUS RESPONSE AND RELIEF SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT (CRRSAA) GRANT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution approving the plans and specifications for the Regio Avenue\nStreet Improvement Project; 2) Award a contract to All American Asphalt in the amount of $638,242; 3)\nAuthorize contingency funds in the amount of $65,000 in the same purchase order; 4) Authorize construction\nengineering in the amount of $45,000; 5) Authorize a purchase order for The Solis Group in the amount of\n$4,035 for administration of the Community Workforce Agreement (CWA); 6) Authorize contingency funds in the\namount of $1,345 for the CWA administration; 7) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any\nnecessary, non-monetary changes to the contract; 8) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the\ncontract; 9) Accept grant funds in the amount of $239,650 from the California Coronavirus Response and Relief\nSupplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA) grant; and, 10) Appropriate grant funds in the amount of $239,650\nfor the project.
