APPROVE CONTRACT WITH MERCY HOUSE FOR THE OPERATION OF THE BUENA PARK NAVIGATION CENTER\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Mercy House for operating a year-\nround emergency shelter/multi-service center located at 6490 Caballero Boulevard in the annual amount of\n$3,649,468.90; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non­-monetary changes\nto the agreement; 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement; and, 4) Approve a\nbudget appropriation in the amount of $396,490 from the undesignated General Fund balance for this\npurpose.
