REORGANIZATION PLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT PLANNING DIVISION AND\nRESOLUTION AMENDING THE BUENA PARK TECHNICAL, OFFICE, AND PROFESSIONALS ASSOCIATION COMPENSATION\nPLAN ADDING THE PLANNING TECHNICIAN CLASSIFICATION\nTo adopt a job classification specification and amend the Buena Park Technical, Office, and Professionals Association\nClassification Plan to reorganize the Community Development Department Planning Division. Funds for this purpose\nhave already been included in the Fiscal Year 2024-25 adopted budget.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve the new job classification specification of Planning Technician; and 2)\nAdopt a resolution amending the Buena Park Technical, Office, and Professionals Compensation Plan to add the\nPlanning Technician classification and salary range.
