FOR BUILDING PLAN REVIEW AND ENGINEERING\nSERVICES\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Hue Luu, P.E., to provide\nprofessional building plan review and engineering services in the amount of $180,000, for the Fiscal Year 2024-\n2025; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any and all necessary, non-monetary changes\nto the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
