Inter-Agency Instructional Services Agreement with Rancho Santiago\nCommunity College District\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA\nGuidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the\nenvironment, directly or indirectly; and\nb) Approve a five-year Inter-Agency Instructional Services Agreement with the\nRancho Santiago Community College District in an amount not-to-exceed\n$525,000, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A - Agreement
