Janitorial Services Agreement with Quality Commercial Cleaning, Inc., DBA\nSpectrum Facility Maintenance for Janitorial Services at Piers and Docks\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA\nGuidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the\nenvironment, directly or indirectly;\nb) Approve a Janitorial Services Agreement with Quality Commercial Cleaning,\nInc., DBA Spectrum Facility Maintenance for Janitorial Services at Piers and\nDocks at a not-to-exceed cost of $235,000 for a proposed three-year term, with\nthe option of two, one-year renewals; and\nc) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreements.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A – Agreement\nJune 25, 2024
